The location is perfect to discover Athen, close to the metro and it is easy to get around. We liked the choice of breakfast, The kids liked the pool which is much smaller than in the pictures but it was enough for them to play around (12 and 9) safely. The gym was ok for a bit of exercise or just to kill time during a heatwave in the city. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They did the extra mile to make our stay more comfortable.

The breakfast spread was limited but more than adequate. The breakfast was more American and it had all that we wanted. The croissants and apple pie were excellent. We had dinner too at the hotel and the dinner was top class. With a choice of soup/salad, main course and dessert, the dinner was one of the best that we have had in a hotel. The dessert was amazing, I would recommend the orange mousse and the semi freddo. They were delicious :). The front office staff were excellent, friendly and very very helpful. They helped with planning our day activities with very good inputs.

The staff were amazing . Very responsive , flexible, accommodating, and friendly. Enjoyable to interact with them. The food was delicious , just writing this feedback is making me eat the Greek traditional pasta .

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Crowne plaza. We are a family of 6. Two of our children are adults 21 and 18 and twins 14. We had two adjourned rooms. It allowed us spend time together whilst having the option of privacy. The rooms were a double room and a family room able to sleep 5. The rooms were big and spacious. The staff were always super helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. Small but fit for purpose rooftop swimming. Lovely for a dip. Nice well equipped gym. Great location with easy access to the central. I will stay there again if I return to Athens.

The room size was good and spacious, bathroom was good size too. Location was decent, staff was kind, helpful, good breakfast. They had restaurant, spa, coffee shop, hall, business centre, also for massage they could arrange a masseur. There are restaurants just next to the hotel, coffee shop, shops and FBI place for men :)

Hotel location was a 10 minute walk to the nearest underground, with restaurants just a 5 minute walk. Hotel facilities include a small but adequate heated pool, where you can enjoy the bar & food service on the open terrace, where sun loungers are provided. The buffet Breakfast was superb, with every kind of hot or cold foods available, with excellent staff service.

It is near a metro station, it is clean and has a nice lobby. The rooms are good size. The breakfast was good. It has a good shower and comfortable beds.
